We are a little family – mother & son – that are passionate about LEGO and its educational, entertaining and social potential as well as the endless possibilities it provides

A little bit about us

Alla – the mother – is a telecom professional and a former fashion model. Her friends and colleagues say that her personality is a combination of seriousness and playfulness; mature thoughtfulness, determination and commitment with a light-hearted sense of humour, sincerity and friendliness of a young soul.

Originally Alla is from Ukraine, where she was born and grew up in a family of engineers. In her early twenties her curiosity brought her to Sweden. She fell in love with the country and its beautiful nature and decided to stay.

Throughout her telecom career she had opportunities to work in different countries.

Although Alla has got her degree at the School of Economics, her passion and desire to teach has always been there. While changing time and climate zones due to her work, she always had a bag of LEGO with her – initially to entertain her son and unwind after a stressful day in the office. Time spent together with her son creating LEGO models and stories to go with had become a regular evening exercise that bonded them together and that they both enjoyed.

While playing with her son, Alla realized LEGO’s potential to develop a young mind.

While spending time and building LEGO with her son Alla got some ideas and created an educational and developing LEGO programme for the international school where her son went. The programme was gratefully accepted by the school and implemented as a major after-school activity for all age groups represented at the school. It had quickly become a huge success among the children. Also, it was highly appreciated by the school management and valued by the parents.

After a few months of testing and adjustments, Alla’s very own methodology was born. Since then, Alla’s teaching methods were used and developed further in other places, such as international schools, summer camps and local youth centres.

Maxim – Alla’s son – has always been by his mother’s side when she run her LEGO classes and enjoyed being her little assistant at first and then became an integral part of her LEGO teaching. Together they have been running LEGO classes for nearly a decade and have worked with many children and adults in different countries.

Besides teaching to build with LEGO they have organised stop animation studios at schools as well.

It is our pleasure to work with you and your children and help people develop their creativity and imagination further.

Build with us and you will definitely succeed!
We hope you will enjoy our courses and maybe even join our wonderful community!

Yours Truly,
Alla and Maxim
